Giving back matters.

 IOU is committed to being active in our communities and fostering partnerships between our company, our employees, and our community. Through charitable giving and volunteerism, we strive to support the communities where our employees and customers live.

Current IOU employee volunteerism initiatives include working with Night Light Tulsa, The Common Good, Building All Children, and Reading Partners. Both IOU’s volunteerism and charitable giving have a focus on supporting children and family development.
