  • How can I get hired on with your company? View current job opportunities on this page, complete the application (please attach a resume as well) and wait for a response. Our HR team reviews applications daily and you’ll hear back soon. Our first communication to you will be by email. We recommend periodically checking your spam folder. We may also reach out to you by text if you authorize us to do so.

    How can I stand out amongst other applicants? Make sure your application is not missing any information such as your full work history including start and end dates, position held, and main job responsibilities for each of your former positions. Attach your resume. Make sure your contact information is current and up to date. Keep an eye out for our email communication and respond in a timely manner.

    • How long does the hiring process take? When and how can I expect to hear from you? We review applications daily and most applicants will receive a response within 1-2 business days.

    How many shifts do you have? We only have first shift. Our core business hours are Mon – Fri, 8am-5pm, some shifts such as warehouse positions start as early as 6am. Individual schedules may vary depending on position.

    How long until my benefits kick in? Benefits are available on the 1st day of the month following 60 days of employment.

    • What about paid time off? Employees receive up to 10 paid holidays and the ability to earn a minimum of 15 PTO days per year.

    • Why do I see Industrial Oils and Adjuvants Unlimited logos on some of your materials? Industrial Oils Unlimited and Adjuvants Unlimited are sister brands. While both blend liquid chemical products, IOU and AU products are used in different markets.

    • What do you do? Industrial Oils Unlimited creates lubricants used in a broad variety of industries. From construction, to food processing, to gas compression, to metalworking, our products work behind-the-scenes to power manufacturing happening all across the United States!

    • How does the company handle feedback and suggestions from employees? We regularly ask employees for their feedback. We utilize online satisfaction surveys and hold monthly Q&A sessions with the executive leadership staff where all employees are encouraged to provide feedback and ask questions.
